Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CoachPadel (the “Service”), operated by CoachPadel (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. The Service

CoachPadel provides online padel-coaching courses, the interactive Padel Wheelhouse reference, automated exams, and certificates of completion leading to the CoachPadel qualification. Content and features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Plans and payment

• CoachPadel is sold as one-time purchases — Foundation, Club and Performance. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• The tiers are nested: each includes the levels beneath it. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Because purchases are one-time and grant immediate access, refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share or resell your account, scrape or bulk-download content, reverse-engineer the Service, use it unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The courses, the Wheelhouse, and the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are provided under a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning and coaching practice.

7. Certificates and the qualification

Certificates confirm that you completed the relevant course or level on CoachPadel and passed its exam. The CoachPadel qualification is an independent professional credential — it is not a government-accredited qualification and does not guarantee employment. On the Performance tier a physical certificate is printed and mailed to you.

8. Independence and licences

CoachPadel is not affiliated with the FIP, the FEP, the LTA or any national federation, and does not replace a national coaching licence where one is legally required. Courses 3 and 34 explain when a licence applies to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
