The pathway

From player to coach in four steps

No degree, no gatekeeping, no moving to Spain for a month. A clear route you can walk at your own pace.

  1. Enrol. Pick a level — start at Foundation for the core game, or go straight to the full Performance certification. One payment, lifetime access.
  2. Learn every technique. Work through the courses with the interactive Wheelhouse as your reference, so you don’t just know the shots — you can demonstrate and teach them.
  3. Get certified. Pass each course exam to collect certificates, then the final exam and portfolio to earn the full Certified Padel Coach qualification — with a printed certificate mailed to you.
  4. Start coaching. Use your credential and directory listing to get hours at a club, take private clients, or run your own sessions. Course 34 walks you through actually setting up.

An honest word on licences: CoachPadel makes you a capable, certified coach, but it’s an independent credential — not an FIP, FEP or LTA licence. In some clubs and countries a national licence is required to be paid to coach; courses 3 and 34 tell you exactly when that applies to you and how to add one.
